Return/Exchange Policy

If your artwork is damaged during shipping, you can reach out to me via email at support@hellocuteillustrations.com with an image of the damaged piece and packaging. If it meets the criteria of a damaged piece*, then a reprint will be issued. Your claim must be sent within 72 hours of delivery.
*Damaged artwork includes rips, smudges, and/or stains that are not seen in the original image.
There are no returns on prints and cards.

If your original is damaged during shipping you may send a request for a refund within 72 hours of receiving it. To qualify for a refund an image of the damaged piece and packaging must be sent showing exactly where the damage is located. Email should be sent to support@hellocuteillustrations.com
You will receive a prepaid shipping label to ship the piece back. Your refund will be issued once the piece is received.

Due to the nature of original artwork and fine art prints, all purchases are final sale. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
